Aaron Harris has been a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) (CAMTC #44390) and Health Educator since 2012. He received his Missouri license (2021007923) in 2021. He attended the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, California and has performed thousands of hours of massage. Aaron has previous experience in the healthcare industry, including several years as a paramedic. He has extensive knowledge of kinesiology (the study of the mechanics of body movements), injury mechanisms, trauma assessments, anatomy, and physiology. Personal
In addition to his career as a massage therapist, Aaron is a professional musician. He grew up in Joplin, Missouri and graduated from North Kansas City High School. He’s called many cities “home” including, Nashville, Oakland, San Francisco, and Burbank. Aaron currently lives in Kansas City, Missouri with his partner, Henry, and their three dogs, Azure, Data, and Se7en. “I started my massage career by establishing a free massage clinic for patients with HIV/AIDS. I have worked with clients recovering from traumatic injuries from car accidents and falls, professional dancers and athletes, as well as the occasional celebrity. Massage therapy is a vital component of self care. I take a holistic view of your health and customize your sessions to make the most impact on your well being. My goal as a therapist is to affect real change in the way that you feel, not just during a session, but for days and years to come.”
